Meet the Luton Bennett Management team
Luton Bennett has a highly experienced team of recruitment professionals, each bringing their own expertise to the table.
After achieving a 1st Class Honours Degree in Economics Toby eagerly entered the world of recruitment. 10 years on he has personally billed well over £1,000,000 in permanent recruitment fees, has built multiple successful recruitment teams from scratch and is now leading Luton Bennett to victory. Outside of work (if he ever leaves the office) he likes to cycle and walk his 2 pugs on Clifton Downs!
A consistent top performer, Kim holds most of the performance records at Luton Bennett. An elite recruiter with a track record of building key relationships with clients that recruit multiple candidates each month, her figures are a force to be reckoned with. When she is not working hard in the office she is training for marathons, organising gathering after gathering and cooking fine food that contains zero calories.
Mark is a hardworking consistent high performer. He prides himself on the quality of service he provides his clients which has enabled him to develop key national accounts for Luton Bennett. He has over 10 years of technical and engineering specific recruitment experience. Described by himself as personable and extremely funny, Mark is overflowing with modesty and humility.
Catherine started her career at Luton Bennett straight after graduating with a 2.1 from Bath University. Outspoken, positive and friendly, Catherine is a big presence in the office. Catherine cites cheesy pop songs, murder novels and talking to herself as her guilty pleasures.
Business Development Executive
Amanda has an extensive background in sales spanning 20 years for both SME’s and blue-chip companies. Great at new business and account management Amanda is Luton Bennett’s sales superhero. When she is not winning business Amanda is having her nails perfectly manicured or teaching the rest of the team to dance.
Philippa has performed exceptionally well at Luton Bennett achieving promotions from Trainee Consultant all the way through to Assistant Manager in less than 18 months. Driven to provide for her daughter Jessica, she says that this has been her main motivation to succeed. Philippa would describe herself as “not wise.” And in her words is “hardworking, always up for a laugh… and a glass of prosecco”.
